In this position, you will advance and oversee the business activities of ADK Studios as they relate to creative, scenic, and design services and quality art product.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
Oversea Creative personnel
Maintain a cross-functional design team
Oversee design and creative strategy
Reviewing creative deliverables
Prioritize resources to meet short and long-term needs
Quality assurance of subcontractors and vendors product
Oversee all company visual promotional materials
Help develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with our clients and vendors
Collaboration with other departments in analyzing, estimating and delivering new prospects, proposals and projects
Provide executive representation at select industry events
Identify potential clients
Establish the annual budget for the design department
Travel as required
