As Head of Customer Success at HOLOPLOT you own the customer journey across the organisation. You lead the holistic customer journey from applied, system design consulting right through to onboarding, education and training of customers to post-installation services and support. You take the lead on enabling the successful translation of cutting edge technology to customer needs.
You will lead a diverse team of engineers, technicians and support staff in an international function to deliver a best in class, coherent and human-centred approach to interaction with HOLOPLOT. You will work hand in glove with the commercial aspects of the business throughout the pre-sales phases where the maximum bipartisan value is created. Therefore, knowledge of delivering complex (Hardware and Software), profitable engineering solutions to high profile customers is a large proportion of the task.
From day one, you will play a key role in contributing to the realisation of the commercial viability of our success and strategic vision.
More specifically, in this role you will:
- Lead the Applications function in scalable, efficient, solution delivery up to and beyond industry standards
- Develop, build and lead a global customer-centric service infrastructure to support onboarding of new customers and in-field support of hardware and software product solutions
- Establish Education & Training, as well as Customer Support as new value drivers for customers and functions of the business
- Integrate Customer Success into the business model of Holoplot as a key-value driver towards our vision
- Drive customer excellence throughout the delivery of services and projects
- Build a scalable and effective infrastructure, designed for excellence, but starting with excellent MVPs
