The General Manager will work closely with the TEA Executive Director and TEA’s HQ staff to meet TEA’s objectives in China and to provide day-to-day management of the TEA’s operations in Shanghai. The General Manager will develop and implement operations procedures and ensure appropriate workflows are in place; ensure that events are produced on time and properly coordinated, that member requests and complaints are appropriately addressed, that memberships and sponsorships are processed and coordinated; and information on the organization and its services is provided to prospective members.
